Paris, Las Vegas Panorama

I was recently in Las Vegas. I recently acquired a panoramic tripod head and I was interested in what I could find to experiment with in Las Vegas.

This is a portion of the driveway for the "Paris" cassino. It's quite the place. I photographed a 360 degree panorama. 55 images were assembled for this image. Half at eye level and half aimed up about 30 degrees to catch the Eiffel Tower and the glowing blue Paris sign. Each exposure was a 10 second exposure at f 22.

Photographing long exposure panoramas in the middle of a busy intersection is... interesting. There are a lot of quirky little things that happen. I have frames with moving cars and streaking headlights, frames that are empty and frames that have actual cars in them. And sometimes it's just pieces. There are a bunch of little details that jump out in the full resolution image, but not so much at this size. Go looking for them if you'd like

Mostly experimenting with this kind of photography and I thought I'd share one with you. We'll see if I keep it or not
